Neti Pot - Fill your neti pot with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in 8 ounces of warm water. Lean over the sink, tilt your head to one side, and pour the liquid into one nostril. The liquid will run through your nasal cavity and run out of the other nostril. Gently blow your nose to clear your nasal passage.
