RHYTHMIC STYLIN': SOLANGE KNOWLES

I’ve always thought that music and fashion go hand and hand. As someone who is constantly inspired by the draping of a garment or an ill beat, I thought, why not combine the two? Rhythmic Stylin’ will be a new feature on the blog which showcases some of our favorite musicians and their distinct styles.

First up for me is Solange Knowles. Honestly, when Solange first started her solo career, I was a little skeptical and thought that she should just stick to the role of “Beyonce’s little sister.” But after a couple of years of trying out different styles when it comes to both fashion and music she has really grown into her own look.
