While watching the Oscars last night, I came up with my own nominees for best and worst dressed on the red carpet. Today I did a search to see if other fashion critics agreed with me. There were some disagreements among sources but for the majority these are the outcomes:

My opinion? Best: Miley Cyrus, Worst: Mariah Carey, Worst Rep: Sarah Jessica Parker, her appearance was the most bashed from critics, I think she looked phenomenal, just not the best.
